The short answer

DealWeek is a one-person review site and handles corrections and questions about a review, at contact@dealweek.shop. It cannot touch your order. For the products reviewed here, the maker's support desk handles refunds and shipments, and ClickBank handles the charge itself — both numbers are in the table below.

One person reads this inbox, and it is the same person who writes the reviews. There is no ticket system and no chatbot.

What I can actually help with

What I cannot help with

Orders, shipping and refunds are not handled here. DealWeek does not sell, stock, ship, bill or refund anything. I have no access to your order, your tracking number, your card or your account, and I cannot cancel a subscription for you.

If you bought a product after reading a review here, your purchase was made on the manufacturer's own checkout, and it is their support team — not mine — that can act on it. Look at the receipt email you received after the purchase: it names the seller and the retailer that processed the payment, and it is the fastest route to a human who can actually open your order. For the products reviewed on this site, payment is processed by ClickBank, and their support desk handles refund requests directly.

Writing to me first only costs you days. Go to the seller on your receipt, and if they stall, come back and tell me — that is worth knowing and it goes into the review.

Medical advice. I am not a doctor and I will not tell you whether a supplement is safe with your prescription, your condition or your pregnancy. That question belongs to a pharmacist or a physician who can see your actual chart, and it is worth the phone call.

Paid placement. If you are writing to offer money for a positive review, a score, a link, or a "sponsored update" to an existing page, the answer is no, and the offer itself will be mentioned in the review of that product.

Where to take each problem

Writing to the wrong place costs you days. This is the whole routing map, so you can skip that.

Where the site is run from

DealWeek is an independent one-person review site, published in English for readers in the United States. It is not a company, not a clinic, and not affiliated with any of the manufacturers whose products are reviewed here. Email is the only support channel — there is no phone line, and anyone calling you claiming to be DealWeek is not us.

Questions this inbox gets most

I bought a product after reading a review here. Who do I contact?

Not me — I have no access to your order, your tracking number, your card or your account. Two different companies can help, and it matters which one you call. The maker handles the product, the shipment and the refund request: for Audifort that is support@audifort.com or +1-866-374-5018, Mon–Sun 10 AM–1 AM EST. ClickBank processes the payment and handles anything about the charge itself, on 1-800-390-6035. The receipt email you received after the purchase names both.

There is a charge on my statement I do not recognise. What is it?

Look for CLKBANK* followed by the product name — an Audifort order shows as CLKBANK*Audifort x 2, x 3 or x 6, depending on the package. The company behind it is Click Sales Inc. (ClickBank), 1444 S. Entertainment Ave, Suite 410, Boise ID 83709. Searching your statement for the product name alone may not find it.

Can you cancel a subscription for me?

No — DealWeek has no access to any account. Worth knowing before you worry: on the products reviewed here it is a one-time charge. Audifort's maker states there are "no other future payments", and the order form showed no recurring, rebill or subscription line on any of the three packages, checked August 29, 2026. If you are being billed repeatedly by something you bought through a link here, tell me — that is worth knowing and it goes into the review — but call ClickBank on 1-800-390-6035 first, because they process the payments and they are the ones who can stop it.

Will you tell me if a supplement is safe with my medication?

No. I am not a doctor, and that question belongs to a pharmacist or a physician who can see your actual chart. It is worth the phone call. What I can tell you is what the manufacturer does and does not publish — for Audifort, no dosages at all, which is exactly why nobody outside the company can rule out an interaction for you.

How fast do you reply, and what will you not reply to?

Normally within a few business days, in English, from one person. Corrections get priority: show me where the right figure is and I check it against the source and fix the page, with the update date changed. Offers of money for a positive review, a score, a link or a "sponsored update" get no reply — the offer itself gets mentioned in the review of that product.
